You can order from our store worldwide. When ordering please fill your address to where we will send your order. Please choose your DESTINATION COUNTRY for delivery calculation.

 

On checkout in ESTONIA you can choose between different delivery methods:

 

I will pick up at store - It is Free

When choosing pick-up, you are welcome to come and pick up your goods after receiving an email that your order is ready for pick-up. Orders are completed usually within 1 working day.

You can pick up your package at our boutique: Kallaste 7, Tabasalu

When picking up the order, provide the order number and identity document. If a third party picks up your order, please send the information via email to info@katerinajewellery.com.

Parcel machine

- orders less than 100€, price is 2,5€

- orders more than 100€, delivery is Free

Please add in the notes to which parcel machine you want your package.
 

When the product arrives at the parcel machine, you will be notified by SMS, which contains the door code, the location of the parcel machine and the end of the storage period.

The machines that are located in shopping centers are accessible during the opening hours of the grocery store located in the building. The machines that are outside, are accessible 24/7.

- orders less than 100€, price is 7€

- orders more than 100€, delivery is Free

The products will be delivered by courier to the address of your choice within 1-3 working days after receiving the order confirmation. The courier will contact you by phone and agree on a suitable time to deliver the goods.

On checkout in FINLAND, SWEDEN, LATVIA, LITHUANIA we offer delivery method:

- orders less than 200€, price is 8€

- orders more than 200€, delivery is Free

The products will be delivered by courier to the address of your choice within 1-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation. The courier will contact you by phone and agree on a suitable time to deliver the goods.

On checkout in ALL OTHER COUNTRIES we offer delivery method:

- orders less than 1500€, price is 25€

- orders more than 1500€, delivery is Free

The products will be delivered by courier to the address of your choice within 1-14 working days after receiving the order confirmation. The courier will contact you by phone and agree on a suitable time to deliver the goods.

Additional fees may be added due to custom or taxes according by the laws of delivery country.

The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the contact information provided before placing the order, in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the products.

The seller is not responsible for delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of products if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by the customer when placing the order.

In the event that the product does not reach the customer in good condition and in a closed package, the customer is obliged to inform us about this by sending a corresponding letter to the e-mail address: info@katerinajewellery.com or by calling 372 58870828.
