Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

You can order from our store worldwide. When ordering please fill your address to where we will send your order. Please choose your DESTINATION COUNTRY for delivery calculation.

 

On checkout you can choose between different delivery methods:

 

I will pick up at store - It is Free 

When choosing pick-up, you are welcome to come and pick up your goods after receiving an email that your order is ready for pick-up. Orders are completed usually within 1 working day.

You can pick up your package at our boutique: Estonia pst 5, Tallinn, Estonia. 

When picking up the order, provide the order number and identity document. If a third party picks up your order, please send the information via email to info@katerinajewellery.com.

Parcel machine or courier

You are provided the selection of delivery partner prices - you can choose the parcel carrier company and pick-up point you prefer at checkout.  

We might create FREE SHIPPING options – they are provided also at checkout.
 

When the product arrives at the parcel machine, you will be notified by SMS, which contains the door code, the location of the parcel machine and the end of the storage period.

The machines that are located in shopping centers are accessible during the opening hours of the grocery store located in the building. The machines that are outside, are accessible 24/7.

The products will be delivered by courier to the address of your choice within 1-3 working days, to Estonia, 1-5 working days to Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania and other countries within 1-21 working days after receiving the order confirmation. The courier will contact you by phone and agree on a suitable time to deliver the goods.

When ordering outside the EU, additional fees may be added due to custom or taxes according by the laws of delivery country. Additional fees will pay the Buyer.

NOTE

The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the contact information provided before placing the order, in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the products.

The seller is not responsible for delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of products if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by the customer when placing the order.

In the event that the product does not reach the customer in good condition and in a closed package, the customer is obliged to inform us about this by sending a corresponding letter to the e-mail address: info@katerinajewellery.com or by calling 372 58870828.
